GAME OPEN ONLY TO CURRENT LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME ("GAME"): Beginning 12:00:01 p.m. ET on 1/22/10 through 11:59:59 a.m. ET on 3/31/10 ("Promotion Period"), visit www.dove.com each day during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions posted. A “day” shall be defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET except on 1/22/10 when the day will begin at 12:00:01 p.m. ET and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET and on 3/31/10 when the day will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and end at 11:59:59 a.m. ET. During the Promotion Period, entrants will have a chance to instantly win one of six hundred fifty (650) available prizes. Prizes will be distributed at random by computer-generated times/dates throughout the Promotion Period. Entrants do not need to play The Soap Toss Game to be eligible to win a prize. Prizewinners will be notified that they are a winner of a prize at time of entry. The time of day when you submit an entry, as recorded by the Web site technology, will solely determine whether or not you are a potential winner. If multiple entries are received at exactly the same time, the Web site technology will assign each a different, next-available, unused time. If no entry is received at one of the computer-generated, randomly predetermined winning times/dates, then the first entry to be received immediately following such time/date will be the potential winner of the prize. Sponsor's Web site computer is the official timekeeping device for this Game. Each entrant may only use one (1) e-mail address to participate in this Game, and such e-mail address may only be used by one (1) person regardless of whether the e-mail address is shared by two (2) or more people. Any entrant who uses more than one (1) e-mail address to enter this promotion may be disqualified and any prizes won may be forfeited subject to Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder, as well as any other proof of eligibility that Sponsor may request. Limit one (1) entry per person, household or e-mail address per day. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering this Game, entrants (or their parents or legal guardians, if entrants are 18, but deemed minors in their state of residence) accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters.

PRIZES/ODDS: 650 Instant Win Prizes: Each prizewinner will receive a one (1) year’s supply of Dove® Beauty Bars (to be awarded in the form of free coupons). (Approximate Retail Value "ARV" of each prize is $51.48 USD). In the event there are not enough Game plays during the Promotion Period, the unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of any prize is permitted, except Sponsor may, in its discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning a prize are 1 in 9,038. Limit one (1) prize per person/household/e-mail address throughout the entire Promotion Period. Total ARV of all prizes: $33,462.00 USD. All taxes, if any, are sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, offered by Sponsor. In the event that a potential winner is considered a minor in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded to the parent/legal guardian on behalf of such minor, who must agree to execute all required documents.

PRIZE CLAIMS: If you are a potential winner you will receive a message congratulating you and indicating that you are a potential prizewinner. You are not a winner of any prize unless and until your eligibility is confirmed. Each potential prizewinner will be prompted to complete the online prize claim form by providing their first and last name, date of birth, e-mail address, address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip, and phone number (optional). Prizes will be awarded at the end of the Game following winner validation. Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize. Prize will be mailed to the mailing address provided on the prize claim form.

SPECIAL GAME LIMITATION: Conopco, Inc. d/b/a Unilever HPC (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for: (i) electronic transmissions or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, undelivered, inaccurate or not received by Sponsor for any reason; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries or prize claims; (iii) destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (iv) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer and/or its contents, or any other causes that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Game. All incomplete or otherwise nonconforming entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is furthermore not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry or prize claim information, whether caused by entrants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game, or for any other errors of any kind, whether technical, network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise, in any Game-related materials or in the announcement of prizes/prizewinners; or (ii) misrepresentation, cheating or fraud by any entrant. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that e-mail address becoming ineligible. If any of the foregoing malfunctions, errors, defects or acts render the Game incapable of operating as planned, or if a technical error or the like results in more potential winners than prizes available, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may suspend, modify or cancel this Game immediately. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Game is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Game, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, promotion agency and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Game or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Game; (b) technical errors or interruptions related to computers, software, servers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Game or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost or undeliverable mail, e-mail or shipments; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Game, or receipt or use of a prize.
